Shipping : Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. There are two rates (one for Uk and another for the rest of the world.) We send all goods out within 48 hours of payment being completed via paypal (please allow for weekends). We will contact you via email to let you know your item has been shipped. All goods shipped first class and we do get a receipt of posting.

RETURNS POLICY - We will refund or exchange on damaged goods. There is no refund on goods you just don't like (listen to the sample tracks before you purchase should give you a clear idea of what you are buying) . If you want to swap for another CD as long as it is still shrink wrapped we can do this, as long as you cover the return postage.

We are not a big company and make modest income sometimes just enough to keep putting Phil's work out so please understand we will do our best to keep you happy but have to draw a line somewhere.

How to return your goods
If after you have read the  statement above you still want to return your CD then complete the contact form with details of any request for return and I will send you details of how to do this.  Make sure returned items are securely wrapped to avoid damage.

Refunds on online/downloads: There is no refund on downloads unless you think this has been taken without your permission (fraudulent use of your card). This can then be managed via Paypal who will contact us about it. So in the first instance report any fraudulent activity to paypal. www.paypal.com
